Crab Salad Sliders

This salad is lite, delicious, and only takes about 10 minutes to make. It's a perfect lunch on a hot, end-of-summer afternoon!

Makes 6 sliders
  • 12 ounces Alaskan Pacific Fish & Snow Crab Meat
  • 1/4 cup light mayo
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp Gone Fishin' Seasoning*
  • package of King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

  • slice crab into bite size pieces (it will flake up when mixed with the other ingredients)
  • finely chop onion (about 1/4 of a medium sized onion)
  • place crab, onion, mayo, lemon juice, and seasoning in a medium bowl
  • stir until combined
  • serve on King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

*Gone Fishin' Seasoning is a mixture of lemon powder, brown sugar, dill weed, honey granules, lemon peel, onion, and garlic. You can make your own concoction if it's not available in your area.
